WAR-TIME RESTRICTIONS IN U.S.A. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON. March 3. The War Production Board has decreed that only cuffless, pleatless and unfrilled “victory suits” will be manufactured for men and boys after March 30. It has also abolished suits with two pairs of pants, cutaways and waistcoats. Overcoats will be shorter and skimpier, and will not have patch pockets or cuffs. The order is expected to save 50,000,0001 b. of wool.
