TOWN HAIL DANCE
LARGE ATTENDANCE LAST NIGHT. The Municipal Hall was thronged with dancers last night, when a most enjoyable dance was held by an Army unit. Pool’s Dance Band played the music, and an excellent supper was provided. These dances are proving most popular, and last night’s was the second of the series. The winners of the competitions were:—Lucky spot, Miss B. Boyd and Mr L. Dean; Mrs Dahlberg and Mr Corlett. Monte Carlo: Mrs Newland and Trooper Seager; Miss Gerrand and Private J. E. Brown.
