GREYTOWN
FIRE BRIGADE TIME-HONOURED CUSTOM. ("Times-Age” Special.) of the Greytown Fire Brigade, Fireman A. Wood, who was recently married, entertained the members after the practice held last evening. In proposing the health of Fireman A. Wood and his bride, the superintendent extended the congratulations and best wishes of the members to Mr and Mrs Wood. Afier supper the brigade members made a presentation to Fireman Wood, who suitably replied. Personal Items. Mr and Mrs J. Rees have returned to Greytown from a holiday spent in Wellington. Miss R. Trim, who spent a holiday at Pahiatua and Levin, returned to Greytown yesterday. TOWN HALL TONIGHT’S PROGRAMME. Joan Bennett and Franchot Tone will be seen tonight in the splendid comedy “She Knew All The Answers.’ (Recommended by the Censor for Adults).
