NEW ZEALAND TROOPS
MEN WHO LEFT RECENTLY NOW STATIONED IN FIJI. STATEMENT BY MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Minister of Defence, Mr Jones, stated in reply to an inquiry that troops wheih left New Zealand in the middle of December and early in January are in Fiji. Mr Jones also stated that a party of V.A.D.’s and medical reinforcements that sailed on a hospital ship just before Christmas proceeded to the Middle East.
