FRESH ALLIED TROOPS

Reported Arrival in Java JAPANESE LOSSES AT SEA LONDON, February 19. Fresh Allied troops, including a small number of Americans, have arrived in Java. A Batavia message says that since the Japanese war started, up to last Saturday the Japanese had lost 109 vessels, including warships, transports and cargo ships. Twenty-six more had probably been sunk and 45 damaged. Of that total United States forces had destroyed 84 and probably 15 others and damaged 28.
