MANAWATU RINKS ANNUAL VISIT TO WAIRARAPA. WIN FOR LOCAL CENTRE. On Saturday, nine teams of bowlers from the Manawatu Centre paid their annual return visit to the Wairarapa. On the Park green the visitors were welcomed by the President, Mr E. J. Burke, Mr Swinbourn, of the Northern Club, Palmerston North, replying. Mr G. Hayne, President of the Wairarapa Centre, extended a welcome to them. Mi’ J. A. Nash, President of the Manawatu Centre, replied on behalf of the visitors.
