EARL BALDWIN’S IRON GATES. , (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 5. a Scrap metal inspectors after examining the iron gates at Earl Baldwin’s Worchestershire home scheduled them for munition making, but Earl Baldwin wishing to retain them because of their artistic merit appealed to the district panel committee. The Press Association states that the gates are not to be taken for munition making.
