COSY THEATRE

“ANGEL FROM TEXAS.”

The programme tonight will be headed by two outstanding pictures, “Angel from Texas” and “Gaucho Serenade.” In the former, which is a brilliant comedy, the leading roles are taken by Wayne Morris, Eddie Albert, Rosemary Lane and Ronald Reagan. It is the hilarious story of adventures —and misadventures —of Lydia Weston, a corn-fed cutie from Lone Star, Texas. In this picture the fun is fast and furious and each star rises to the occasion, giving his or her best performance to date. “Gaucho Serenade” —an adventure filled story—features Gene Autry and Smiley Burnette.
