The Combined Raw Materials Board e will be composed of one representative >. each of the British and American Gov- - ernments, who will plan the best and s most speedy development of expansion - and the use of raw materials and re- - sources, and, in collaboration with other y united nations, work towards the best 11 utilisation of their raw material rey sources. 2 The Munitions Assignments Board is J created to encompass the entire munitf ticn resources of Britain and America, c which are deemed to be in a common e pool. The committees are formed in London and Washington under the combined chiefs of staff in a manner similar to the south-west Pacific agreement, to advise on assignments of fighting instruments for use by all the united nations in accordance with their strategic needs. The Combined Shipping Adjustment Board is composed of one representative each of the British and American Governments, to provide one harmonious policy. The shipping resources of the two countries are deemed to be pooled.
