M.C., who last March was courtmartialled and dismissed from the Army, went to Canada and enlisted in the Army there as a private. Two German airmen were shot down in Lieut.-Colonel Brockman’s locality. He was interrogating them when they became insulting and arrogant. He struck them. A courtmartial followed, but the grounds were not disclosed.
