Over two million women ate affected by a regulation which is being introduced on February 16, under which women between 20 and 30 yeais of age will be obliged to obtain employment only through a Ministry of Labour Employment Exchange, or under anangements approved by the Ministry of Labour. The only exceptions will be professional and technical workers, who may obtain permits to seek work through private agencies approved by the Government, and also a woman with a child under fourteen living with her. '
