BOMBING ATTACK
ON CAPITAL OF CHAD TERRITORY. MADE BY UNIDENTIFIED PLANE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) RUGBY, January 23. The Free French Headquarters states that a twin-engined bomber of unidentified nationality bombed Fort Lamy, capital of the Chad Territory. Twelve bombs of German manufacture fell in the vicinity of the aerodrome, causing a fire and a few casualties.
