STATE THEATRE
“KIPPS.” The highly entertaining story by H. G. Wells, “Kipps,” will be shown finally tonight. “SONG OF MY HEART.” Those who have heard John McCormack sing have been thrilled with the magnificence of his voice. Few singers ■in the world possess the art of making a song appeal in the real sentiment of the words to an audience as does John McCormack. He in himself provides entertainment of the highest class, but when he is associated with such a brilliant picture as “Song Of My Heart,” patrons can be assured of hearing and seeing something far above the general standard of “movie.” To hear John .McCormack sing “Rose of Tralee” and “Just for Today” is a treat which seldom falls to the lot of the picturegoer. His brilliant rendering of these two songs alone is well worth the price of admission. There is a strong supporting programme covering a wide range of most interesting subjects. .No lover of good singing and outstanding acting should miss seeing “Song of my Heart,” which will be shown at the State Theatre tomorrow night.
