Aircraft from Burma Active LAND FORCES IN CONTACT WITH ENEMY * LONDON, January 16. A Rangoon communique states that British aircraft again raided aerodromes in Thailand and severely damaged several planes. They also machine-gunned a train and put the engine out of action. All the planes returned. Last night our troops were in contact with the enemy in Southern Burma. No further details are yet available.
