DEER STALKING ACCIDENT
WELLINGTON MAN INJURED.
Mr Byron Wood, aged 30, of Karori, Wellington, was admitted to the Masterton Hospital last night with a gun shot wound in the body, received while deerstalking on the Tararuas. It is understood that the gun he was carrying went off while he was brushing aside a dog. His condition was reported this morning as being satisfactory.
