CHILDREN’S PARTY
MR & MRS FORSBERG ENTERTAIN
(“Times-Age” Special.) Mr and Mrs A. Forsberg, of Mauriceville West, entertained a large number of children at their residence recently. The gathering was a very enjoyable one, and was made particularly so by the arrival of Father Christmas, who distributed gifts ’among the children. Mr and Mrs Forsberg were warmly congratulated on the excellent arrangements made for the entertainment of the children. Personal Items. Mr and Mrs J. Topp, of Wellington, have arrived to reside at Mauriceville East, Mr Topp having accepted the position of manager of the lime works here. Mr J. O. Gilmour intends to take up his residence in Levin. ' Soldiers’ Parcels Fund. The goose which was recently presented by Miss R. Mortensen, to raise money for the soldiers’ parcels fund, has been won by Mrs C. M. Childs.
