FROM CANADIAN PREMIER. LONDON, December 24. The Prime Minister of Canada, Mr Mackenzie King, has sent the following message to the Viceroy of India, Lord Linlithgow:-—“The people of Canada, like the people of India, have heard with pride of the gallant resistance their men at Hong Kong have maintained in face of superior enemy forces. They ask me to convey to the peoples of India their sense of comradeship in the world-wide struggle.
