At the head of a numerous cast appears the Crazy Gang, composed of Jimmy Nervo, Teddy Knox, Bud Flanagan, Chesney Allen, Charlie Naughton and Jimmy Gold. Ihey are ordered to disengage the balloon, but a gale of wind which springs up carries off the balloon, the top of the stall and the Crazy Gang with it. Their precarious journey ends when they land on the Western Front and, seeing a line of Frencn troops marching toward them, they joyfully fall in at the head, not knowing that the French are followed by Germans who have captured them.
