FILLING IN OF CARDS

The Accommodation Committee of the Masterton District Emergency Precautions Scheme is forwarding to residents in Masterton through the post billeting cards which they are requested to fill in and return to Mr H. J. Brass, c/o A.M.P. Society, Masterton. In view of the present position in the Pacific the committee desires to be in possession of a complete billeting register so that should occasion arise it will be in a position to immediately accommodate evacuees. Those receiving the billeting cards are requested to fill them in and return them promptly so that a complete register.may be available at the earliest opportunity. In filling in the cards residents are asked to note that accommodation for more children than adults will be required.
