ST. BRIDE’S CONVENT

SCHOOL YEAR CLOSED EXCELLENT ADVICE TO PUPILS. LIST OF PRIZE-WINNERS. On Tuesday at midday the school year of St Bride’s Convent was brought to a close by the distribution of prizes won by the scholars. The Mother Superior complimented , the girls on the work done and the happy spirit in the school. The united efforts of all combined to make the work pleasant and the days pass quickly. She exhorted them to be faithful to the high ideals set before them and in this dreadful crisis to be ready to do their part and assist in whatever capacity they could. To those who were leaving school were extended the good wishes of all and the hope that they would always be true to their “Alma Mater.”
