ASKED TO SAVE PETROL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Government is asking poultry farmers to use rail and sea carriage for freight wherever possible, and where that is not possible to form co-opera-tive groups and apply for petrol. The Poultry Board states that it offered its. co-operation to the Minister and he made it clear that their best co-opera-tion was in saving petrol.
