BLOWN UP

ENEMY MUNITION SHIP

NORWEGIAN PILOT’S FEAT.

DIVE TO MAST HEIGHT.

LONDON. December 14

A German supply ship blew up and disappeared when it was bombed off the Norwegian coast this morning by a Hudson aircraft of the Coastal Command. The machine was piloted by a non-com-missioned officer of the Royal Norwegian Navy. Spotting the ship close to the coast, the airman dived to mast height and dropped delayed action bombs. Three hit the vessel, which blew up and sank. It is believed she was carrying munitions.
