POSITION OF BULGARIA
NOT MAKING WAR ON RUSSIA. STATEMENT IN COMMONS. , (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) RUGBY, December 10. Answering a question in the House of Commons, the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr R. K. Law) said the reasons why Britain had declared war on Finland, Hungary and Rumania did not apply to Bulgaria, which was not taking part in hostilities against Russia.
