STRIKE SETTLED
MACHINISTS IN ST. LOUIS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, November 30. The secretary of the American Federation of Labour, M r George Meany, said an agreement: had been reached to end the union jurisdiction dispute among machinists and hoisting engineers which caused the strike in 400 industrial plants' in the St. Louis area.
