INTERCLUB CONTEST MASTERTON v MAURICEVILLE. A croquet match was played at Masterton yesterday between the Mauriceville and Masterton B teams. The games resulted as follows: — Doubles: Mesdames Scrivener and Penistone defeated Mesdames McArley and Trass (Mauriceville), 26/24. Mesdames McKeown and Spackman (Mauriceville )beat Mesdames Kingdon and Jenkin (Masterton), 26/24. Singles: Mrs Scrivener (JMasterton) beat Mrs McKeown (Mauriceville), 26/10; Mrs McArley • (Mauriceville) beat Mrs Jenkin (Masterton), 26/18. Mrs Penistone (Masterton) defeated Mrs Spackman (Mauriceville), 26/7; * Mrs Kingdon (Masterton) beat Mrs Trass (Mauriceville), 26/22.
