NAVAL STAFF
SOME CHANGES ANNOUNCED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) RUGBY, November 26. Vice-Admiral H. R. Moore, Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff, has been appointed Vice-Chief of the Naval Staff, in succession to Acting Vice-Admiral Sir Tom Phillips, and is succeeded by Vice-Admiral E. L. S. King. RearAdmiral H. T. C. Walker is to be Director of Personal Services, in succession to Vice-Admiral W. E. Tait.
Admirals Tait, Phillips and P. I. Vian have been selected for seagoing commands.
