OUTPUT EXPANDING APACE ONE-HALF BEING RUSHED TO BATTLEFRONTS. t LAND DREADNOUGHT UNDER TEST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 26. United States tank production has already outstripped that of England, said an Office of Production Management official. The United States goal of a yearly output of 33,600 tanks vzas rapidly being reached. Half of the output is being regularly rushed to the battle lines, British Empire forces receiving most of the medium vehicles, while Russia is getting fast light tanks. The new American production schedule calls for 2,000 thirty-ton medium tanks and 800 thirteen ton light tanks monthly. The Army Hs now testing a 55-ton land dreadnought, which may be mass produced if successful.
