NATIONAL SAVINGS
CAMPAIGN IN MASTERTON. Satisfactory progress of the Masterton national savings campaign was reported to a meeting of the commit--tee held last night, over which Mr J. T. Jameson presided. Plans were considered in furtherance of the district’s effort.
Fourteen new accounts were opened in Masterton yesterday and , a sum of £65 was received for the day. This showed an improvement as compared with the position on the previous Monday.
