GREYHOUND RACING
MEETING AT CAMERON PARK ON SATURDAY.
On Saturday afternoon the second racing meeting of the season will be held at Cameron Memorial Park. A programme of flat and hurdle events will be run off during the afternoon. As most greyhounds are fast getting into form goqd racing and close finishes should be seen. Since the last successful meeting held by the club several trial runs have been held to test out the plant which has been found to be operating smoothly. An excellent view of the racing can be seen from the stand from start to finish. By means of an up-to-date sound system patrons will hear a running commentary on all the races. Nominations closed last night and the draw will take place tonight. Good fields are expected in most events and particularly in the maiden and open races.
