MAURICEVILLE WEST
GARDENING CIRCLE OFFICERS FOR YEAR ELECTED. (“Times-Age” Special.) The annual meeting of the Mauriceville District Gardening Circle was held in the Mauriceville Hall on Saturday. Mr T. J. Manihera presided in the unavoidable absence of the president, Miss G. Heckler. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: —President, Miss G. Heckler; vice-presidents, Mesdames R. H. Wilkin, H. Trass, W. H. Cheetham, F. Fain, Miss Mallabarr, Messrs Manihera and Mallibarr; hon, secretary, Mr H. C. Mortensen. After a lengthy discussion it was decided not to hold the annual show next year.
