A merger of the United States, Britain and Canada as the only means of halting Hitler’s progressive subjugation of the nations of the world is urged by Mr Thorson. Canadian Minister cf National War Services. “America and Canada are partners in the American form of liberty and likewise partners of Britain,” he said. “Is it too much to hope that before it is too late our partnerships may be merged into cne —one great union of the remaining free nations of the world. Only then the destruction of free nations will cease and the cause of humanity be saved.”
