MAJOR SHAKE-UP
IN BRITISH WAR CABINET PREDICTED BY NEW YORK NEWSPAPER. ANTICIPATED DEPARTURES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 29. A major shake-up in the British War Cabinet is forecast by the “New York Daily News,” in a copyright story based on private advices from London. The paper says Sir Archibald Sinclair (Air Minister) will replace Lord Halifax as Ambassador to the United States, and Captain H. D. R. Margesson (Secretary for War) and Lieutenant-Colonel J. C. T. MooreBrabazon (Minister 'of Transport) will be dropped from the Cabinet.
