RUSSO-JAPANESE TRADE TREATY.

Mr Itaro Mizuno, Director -of the Foreign Office Trade Affairs Bureau, stated that the Japanese-Russian trade treaty so far had not been ratified, but "pending Russian-Japanese problems were being solved one after another.”
