ON SMALL SCALE
ENEMY AIR ACTIVITY AGAINST BRITAIN. CASUALTIES AT ONE PLACE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, October 26. “There was small-scale enemy activity over Britain early last night,” states a communique. “A few bombs were dropped at a small number of widelyseparated points, and some damage was done. At one place in the north-west of England there were casualties.”
