A match between the Masterton and Riverside ladies 1 teams was played at Lansdowne yesterday.The results are as follow (Masterton players being mentioned first in each instance): —Mrs Plummer beat Mr.-, Clarke 4 and 3; Mrs Holdgate beat Mic Palamontain 3 and 2; Mrs Forsyth beat Mrs Jones 1 up; Mrs McKenzie squared with Mrs Naan; Miss Innes lost to Miss Norman 2 down; Mrs Whyte beat Mrs Connell 4 and 3; Mrs Playsted beat Mrs Gilliland 3 and 1; Miss Rishworth beat Mrs Cross 1 up; Mrs Bell beat Mrs Blatchford 5 and 4; Mrs Clarkson lost to Mrs Hayne 1 down. Totals: Masterton 7 games, Riverside 2 games, squared 1 game.
RIVERSIDE.
TOMORROW’S ARRANGEMENTS.
Members of the Riverside Golf Club will play a Stableford instead of a bogey round as arranged previously. The games steward will be Mr J. Wakelin. (The club draws for tomorrow s golf appears on Page 3.)
