The Rehabilitation Bill, Finance Bill and Statutes Amendment Bill were received by the Legislative Council this morning. The first was read a second time before the luncheon adjournment.

The Hon. W. Perry said the measure was based on R.S.A. proposals and returned soldiers were extremely grateful for the opportunity given them to co-operate. The Bill received general support.
