BRITISH CONGRATULATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 15. The Foreign Secretary, Mr Eden, stated in the House or Commons that on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the foundation of the Chinese Republic a message of congratulations and good wishes for the future of China had been sent to the Chinese Government by his Majesty’s Government. The announcement was greeted by universal cheers.
