HOSPITAL CHEER

VISIT’TO BUCHANAN HOME. Members of the Women’s National Welfare League visited Buchanan Home recently, when'an enjoyable afternoon Avas spent with the old folk. Afternoon tea, flowers and sweets distributed to each inmate and a musical programme given. Mrs Coleman Avas the pianiste. Mrs H. G. Alexander contributed a group of songs and Mr Harry Hall humorous items, all of which Avere greatly appreciated by those present. Community singing Avas enjoyed and the gathering concluded Avith the singing of the National Anthem.

The Women’s National Welfare League members were entertained by the staff at afternoon tea.
