LABOUR MEMBERS SAID TO BE SATISFIED. (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, October 15. Labour members of the House of Commons met and decided not to ask for a debate on the subject of help for Russia. They are said to be impressed by the large quantities of materials already going to Russia.
