NEUTRALITY ACT
9 FURTHER REVISION IMPERATIVE MR CORDELL HULL’S VIEW. SHIPS & THE COMBAT ZONES. LONDON, October 13. A declaration that a further revision of the Neutrality Act was imperatively required was made by Mr Cordell Hull, United States Secretary of State, speaking in Washington. He was giving evidence before the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives. Speaking personally, he contended that the ban on the entry of United States into combat zones should be removed.
