PADDY’S MARKET
WAIRARAPA COLLEGE PARENTS. EFFORT ON NOVEMBER 1. The committee of the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association met last evening when final arrangements were made in connection with the Paddy’s Market to be held in the Assembly Hall on Saturday, November 1. The money raised will go towards the completion of the badly needed Assembly Hall cloak rooms. A circular is being sent to all parents asking for their co-operation and assistance with the following stalls. Produce, cake, sweets and meat: other stalls will be ice cream, work stall, soft drinks. Other attractions will include a copper trail and darts. Afternoon tea will be available. It was decided to hold the final old time dance on Saturday, October 25.
