(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, October 10. , The radio at Orange, on behalf of the Netherlands Government, advised the populace of Rotterdam to remove themselves from the vicinity of harbours and marshalling yards in the city. It was explained that after the hammering of Bremen and Hamburg by the R.A.F. the Germans had transferred shipping to Rotterdam.
