GLADSTONE

SOCIAL EVENING PRESENTATION TO AIR GUNNER J. BRADNOCK. (“Times-Age” Special.) Settlers of Gladstone, Longbush and Te Whiti assembled in the Gladstone Hall last night to entertain Air Gunner J. Bradnock. There was a representative attendance and dancing was enjoyed under the direction of Mr Ashton as M.C. On behalf of the gathering, Mr W. F. Rogers, of Te Whiti, made a presentation to the guest of the evening and expressed the best wishes of all for - a safe and speedy return home. ■ Supper was provided by a ladies’ committee. Air Gunner Bradnock was previously employed on the Admiral Station.
