(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, October 8. “Prussia was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be a nation of warmongers,” said Mr Brenden Bracken (Minister of Information), in a speech at a British Survey Luncheon. “Get out of your head the idea that Germany's war is directed by Hitler," he added. “It is directed by the cold, skilled professional soldiers, who have brought upon Europe five terrible wars in a hundred years. Hitler is only the scum on top of the water. If the British Survey organisation had been operating in 1936, Britain would not' have been bluffed by the bloated blackguard directing affairs in Italy."
