AIR RAID VICTIMS

REMARKABLE BRITISH FILM. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.1 op.m.) LONDON, October 8. Shockingly mutilated victims-of battles and air raids recount their experiences in one of the war’s most remarkable films, which was made at a country hospital, where injured Servicemen and civilians are having their faces and limbs remodelled and their worst scars covered up. A tribute is paid to New Zealand, Australian and American doctors who are assisting in remodelling the injured, both physically and mentally, so that they will be able to continue life reasonably confidently.
