The “New York Sun’s” Washington correspondent says Administration leaders are convinced that both the Senate and the House are stronger in support of President Roosevelt’s foreign policy than they have been at any previous time. This is due principally to the marked change in public opinion and the growing sentiment against an isolation policy;
