CHURCH SERVICES
The services at the Masterton Presbyterian Church and at Matahiwi tomorrow will be conducted by Mr Douglas a divinity student from Knox College, Dunedin. Major and Mrs Ransom will conduct the services at the Salvation Army Citadel tomorrow. The newly-confirmed members will make their first Communion at St. Matthew’s Church at 8 a.m. tomorrow. The annual fellowship breakfast will folow the service. A children’s service will be held at 10.30 a.m., and evensong at 7 p.m. There will be the usual services at Kuripuni and Taueru. At the Methodist Church tomorrow the services will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings. Both will be “Membership Reception” services, when candidates will be received into the full membership of the church, and the Sacrament of ■ the Lord’s Supper will be commemorated. There will be an afternoon service at Wangaehu. The evening service at Kuripuni will be conducted by Mr C. R. Goudge.
