ASSOCIATION WITH ALLIES. MESSAGE FROM EMPEROR. (British Official WifeWss.) (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) RUGBY, October 2. The Foreign Minister, Mr. Ahthohy Eden, stated in a written reply in the House of Commons, that the British Government had received a communication from the Emperor Haile Selassie expressing his desire to associate himself and his Government wholeheartedly with the resoltition adopted at the inter-Allied meeting on June 12.
