MISSION TO CHINA
—.— HEADED BY SIR OTTO NIEMEYER. LONDON, September 27. Sir Otto Niemeyer, a director of the Bank of England, is to head the British economic mission to China. He goes at the invitation of the Chinese Government. Sir Otto has been till recently at Washington conferring with American officials.
