JOCKEY FATALLY INJURED. ACCIDENT AT OHINEMURI MEETING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, September 28. Thrown from his mount Irish Pearl just as it was at the finishing post in the first race at the opening of thp Ohinemuri Jockey Club's spring meeting at Paeroa on Saturday, an apprentice jockey died at Waikato Hospital this morning as the result of head injuries. The victim was Mostyn Morshead Poole, aged 16 years, of Tauranga. He had his first ride at the Poverty Bay Turf Club's meeting at Te Aroha cn the previous Saturday when he took part in four races.
